PHOTONEWS: Pedestrians Pay to Cross Over An Open Sewer At Oshodi In Lagos

From a few minutes rainfall today, the gully ground meant as drainage, which stretches from Oshodi to Alagbado area on the Lagos-Abeokuta expressway filled to the brim and pedestrians had to N100 each to cross the drainage.
